Why have the apricots gone brown? Many organic dried apricots are brown and not orange as they have no sulphur added. Sulphur as an additive keeps the apricots orange.

Guide

Going native with lemon myrtle. It goes so well with apricot, a little goes a long way. Anything can be swapped.
