Some salads don’t need dressing and this is one of them! Feel free to add one if you must, however, a thin stream of honey will suffice to the unadulterated beans and salty, slightly fatty halloumi.

Guide

This salad is as easy as 1,2,3. Great as a meal or on its own.

Provisions guide

For one

  • A handful of steamed green beans still slightly crispy

  • Half a bunch of steamed asparagus

  • 3 slices of grilled halloumi

  • Cranberries

  • Honey to drizzle

  • Micro herbs if you so desire.

Preparation

  1. PLACE the asparagus and beans on a plate.

  2. TOP with halloumi and cranberries, drizzle with honey.

  3. SEASON if required, watch the saltiness of the halloumi. Don’t share and enjoy!
