If you like chocolate mousse you will devour this chocolate treat. More creamy, thick and decadent than any other hot chocolate you will ever try.

Provisions Guide

This makes one cup

  • 1 cup of milk or mylk

  • 1 tbsp of dark chocolate (plus extra grated to top)

  • 1 tbsp of white chocolate (plus extra grated to top)

  • 1 tbsp of corn flour

  • 1 tiny pinch of salt

  • 1tsp of sugar (optional)

Preparation

  1. HEAT in a small saucepan on medium heat milk, chocolates and sugar until chocolate and sugar has melted.

  2. ADD corn flour and turn down heat to low

  3. WHISK the hot chocolate for 2-3 min until it thickens, then stir in a tiny pinch of salt.

  4. POUR into a mug and top with extra grated chocolate.

Dairy Free ~ This recipe can be made dairy free with your favourite mylk of choice and using dark dairy free chocolate.
