Bruschetta is traditionally a starter dish of grilled bread, rubbed with garlic and topped with a variety of toppings. You can sway from tradition, be a rebel. You want flavors that meld into the bread to make a delicious snack, brunch or lunch meal.

Bruschetta topped with Pumpkin autumn salad

Ingredients

  • Make the Pumpkin autumn salad using ingredients and instructions here.

  • Garlic

  • Sourdough or bread of choice

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Grill on a hot pan or toast sourdough in a toaster

  2. Rub garlic onto warm toast

  3. Put toast on plate and top with salad

  4. Enjoy

  • Spinach

  • Pumpkin roasted

  • Ricotta

  • Lemon zest

  • Walnuts

  • Garlic

  • Sourdough

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Grill on a hot pan or toast sourdough in a toaster

  2. Rub garlic onto warm toast

  3. Spread relish on toasted bread

  4. Top with all other ingredients

  5. Top with spinach

  6. Enjoy
