Bliss balls can be made of anything that tickles your fancy. As long as the ingredients can be blended together, become malleable and rolled into a playable ball then coated to your liking.

To make a bliss ball you can combine some of the following to make a delicious morsel made for you:

~ Dried fruit

~ Nuts, seeds or coconut

~ Coconut oil or nut butter

~ Powders eg. freeze-dried fruits, cacao or chocolate powders, protein powder, supplements, matcha or nutritional powders.

~ Coating eg. coconut, freeze-dried fruit powders, small seeds, powders, groundnuts, melted chocolate or nude.

~ A little water sometimes may be required to bind all the ingredients together or slightly wet the outside of the balls after rolling so the coating sticks.
